FIRST (For Inspiration and Recognition of Science and Technology)   is a comprehensive program that allows students to learn about technology and robotics. FIRST encourages team values, good sportsmanship and Gracious Professionalism between teams. The FIRST robotics competition (FRC) is an annually changing game. Team members work together to build and design a custom robot to achieve the goals and technical requirements of each game. The 2013 game is called Ultimate Ascent.
