This weekend we went to the Greater Kansas City Regional, and had some really fun times!
We had an okay time in the Preliminaries, finishing in 34th of 64 teams after a few difficulties(such as throwing a chain and ending up having to take it off completely). Then, after all of the final alliances had been chosen, we were chosen by the first seeded team(1986 - Team Titanium) and their chosen alliance(16 - The Bomb Squad). Being very honored to compete with such able teams, we accepted their offer of alliance and joined in the finals.
Long story short, our alliance one the GKC Regional! Is anybody else super excited for World Championship? For the second year in a row?? I know that I am! It's going to be another fantastic experience to compete and make friends with students and teams from different cultures and countries! Can't wait!
